Handling

What these briefings are,
and what they are not.

Four rules travel with every briefing we issue. They are short, and they do not bend.

Handling Instructions Confidential Briefings

  1. 01

    Nothing classified

These briefings contain no classified material. Everything in them is developed from our own work, open sources, and channels we are free to discuss.

  2. 02

    No client information

Briefings never contain client information or anything drawn from our work with clients.

  3. 03

    Access is individual

Credentials are issued to a named person, not an organization, and the private podcast feed is keyed to them. Sharing access ends it.

  4. 04

    Not advice

A briefing tells you what is happening and what it tends to mean. Deciding what your organization should do about it is engagement work. Start with a private consultation.

Applies to every written, video, and audio briefing issued by Starling Intel.

Questions go to your engagement lead.
